The main topic of the case study is Contract Law. Contract Law is a contract intends to formalize an agreement between two or more parties, in relation to a particular subject. Contracts can cover an extremely broad range of matters, including the sale of goods or real property, the terms of employment or of an independent contractor relationship, the settlement of a dispute, and ownership of intellectual property developed as part of a work for hire.

The person who makes the offer is known as the offeror and the person to whom the offer is made the offeree.

Acceptance – is unconditional assent to all the terms of an offer. It must be clear, unambiguous, unconditional and corresponding exactly with every term of the offer otherwise it will be invalid.

Revocation - A document under which a grantor takes away (revokes) the authority and power of the agent to act on behalf of the grantor. The act by which a person having authority, calls back or annuls a power, gift, or benefit, which had been bestowed upon another.

Moreover, the law related to the issue should be identified.
