Artemon is a beauty salon for dogs that will sell a wide range of beauty services and products. We will provide quality hair and skin services, along with top lines of beauty products.

What will set Artemon apart from the competition is our commitment to providing all of these services in one convenient location. Artemon will also provide wellness programs for dogs in Moscow.

We will promote health and exercise-related activities designed to facilitate positive lifestyle changes in members of a company's work force, customers and clients.

Customers currently have a few other beauty salons to choose from for their dogs but none of those have the absolute high standards of service that we will offer.

D. Market Overview:

The number of firms, operating in the industry is not very big. The competition is not intense as each of the salons has its own clients and the number of those clients is really big. As soon as more and more people start using the services of the beauty salons for dogs, as their incomes grow higher, there’s more demand for such services and so we’ll not experience any strict barriers to entry, except the license from the government, sanitary barriers and some other necessary rules, established by the Russian government we need to follow.

There can be not so many substitutes in the industry. People can groom their pets at home, so far they can also do SPA and hairdressing at home, but they use the services of the beauty salons, so we will not be left without clients.
