There were several things found in this article one of which included how jobs can be affected by performance and how leadership plays a great part in that aspect. There are so many components that affect how these two aspects are labeled. There was also research that needed to be conducted to include the cognitive functions of people in the United States verses people in government. For the research to be successful there were several scenarios put to the test. This would include how people in government make decisions and the psychological reasons behind those decisions made. There was a standardized assessment given which was placed together by 121 people who were considered experts. Both of these assessment showed that those in the office of the President who are aggressive were prone to get netter result based on their behavior.

Within this articles there is an emphasis on the models and styles of leadership and their contribution overall. The different types are laissez-faire behavior, transactional leadership, and transformational leadership. In this article there is a more focus on personality traits as well.
