Josef Zotter, the creative chocolate maker from Austria, the land of pleasure, creates chocolates with outstanding ingredients. His creations surpass all the chocolate you could imagine for yourself. Hand-scooped chocolates

On account of their wonderful avour compositions and the unique artistic design the hand-scooped chocolates have over time become a chocolate cult. Try: Fruit Fiesta Fruit on top and underneath. A layer of home-made fruity and soft pineapple marshmallow ows into a raspberry ganache. Coated with the new blueberry couverture by Zotter. Nicaragua 60% is milk chocolate with only a little sugar and 60% cocoa is something really special. Chocolates with a high cocoa content require cocoa of highest quality. e 77-year-old Don Francisco possesses all the wisdom and knowledge to produce this cocoa. Peru 40% Zotter transforms at his chocolate factory this mild and fruity cocoa into a velvety milk chocolate with 40% cocoa, milk from organic farmers of the Tyrolean mountains, a special mixture of sugar and tinge of genuine vanilla.
