  The purpose of this paper is to prepare an overview of crucial information regarding business analysis that can help in the further decision regarding potential venture opportunities. When considering an investment it is necessary to evaluate the driving forces that are creating opportunities for future success but also the risks from several aspects. Some of these aspects are legal, social, economic, and demographical as well as impact of the infrastructure and technology that are surrounding or impacting job location and operations.  For this overview, information was gathered from several sources that are accredited and reliable.  To establish or evaluate business operations a detailed and in dept analysis is required.

At the beginning of this paper one will find information regarding decision about construction scenario, evaluation of each proposed candidate, and explanation of why proposed employees are selected for the particular job. In second part of the project decision about potential ventures was made based on potential outcome of each proposed business.

Construction Scenario

When considering talent treatment and identification, Mai –Lin is aware of what is essential when discovering and applying talent. According to Cook and Macaulay (2009), “ Be clear on the drivers for talent, as they apply to your organization; understand how you are to determine indicators of potential; clarify the link between current and potential performance; set up means to monitor and develop individuals; draw up solid systems to meet these needs.” These are all aspects that need to be considered.  The goal of this project is to present business growth opportunities based on research and experiences regarding legal issues.
