A network consists of digital plasma TV’s which are uses hypersonic voice (directional) system to increase the awareness of people and uses cameras to measure the ratio of watch according to gender and age range, on which settlement of Metrobus stops, centers, univercity campus, big malls, big bus stops, train stations, metro stations, sea bus stations and places where the mass are.

4. TARGET MARKET

The sector, which we will give service, is outdoor advertising sector, seperated into two sub-sectors inside. One of them is printable products media and the other is digital media who uses digital TV’s in outdoor or indoor to publish the advertising. Estimated over all budget for advertising sector is 2,276,500,000usd; This shows only %80 of the market. Because, this amount based on the expenses of 94 companies out of top 100 companies. So, estimated budget is 2,845,625,000usd. For, 2009, outdoor advertising share is %7,2. For 2011, we estimate %8 share and it comes 227,650,000usd.
