Communication and collaboration is something that becomes essential at the time were born when a babies cries for its mother that is away way of letting the mother know that there maybe a problem with me it can be the baby maybe the baby is hungry, wet or just in need of some attention and buy feeding, changing or holding the baby the mother is in turn handling the babies need which is where the collaboration comes in. As we mature into adulthood and began to enter the school and work place we have to communicate and collaborate now on a different level and if we are able to learn what type of learning style and personality type we have we can bulid skill that we can utilize which can help us become better students and worker buy this I mean verbally with our word or physically with or hand of even facial expressions.
