Decision Making in Paradise III

IMDS has decided to join and to help Kava establish the presence they are looking for and need. The importance of a decision making technique is to find an appropriate solution for establishing this presence in Kava and to become successful and build the sprit back into this island. As discussed before, there are so many different decision-making methods that our organization can utilize for starting a business in Kava. I think the best possible method would be to use the T-chart method. In this situation it is good to weigh the positives and negatives of moving our business to the island of Kava as well as the positive and negatives it serves the island. I think another good decision-making process would be decision made by authority after group discussion where the team creates ideas and has discussions, but the designated leader makes the final decision. The designated leader calls a meeting, presents the issue, listens to discussion from the team, and announces her/his decision.

The first factor for the decision to expand the organization of IMDS to Kava will involve a series of cleanup efforts around the community. This may be a very long-lasting process due to the weather disasters Kava has been experiencing. Although, I think that the process of this cleanup with cause the people of the community to strengthen and support each other. I purpose the cleanup effort to start without a delay. This will build confidence, devotion, and dedication to the people of the community and already giving them the feeling of the presence of the island they are looking to feel. As I said before, our goal is to make the island of Kava into a tourist place as well as bringing businesses to the island to make Kava successful.

We want to show the people of Kava that we can do our best to control natural disasters. Our solution is to focus on better building foundation throughout the island and other improvements as necessary. We can do our best...
