Personal Reflection Paper

Our team is Team 4, which also named as Team Tam; we had 6 members before, Alexander Hamady, Linh Hai Do, Dirk Wilfling, Onaeloho Toweh, Jiranan Thot., and me, Xianglin Dong. For the reason Alex changed his program to MDM, we have five now, and this is what I do not expect before, since I expected our team do not have any change during the Module.

But, no matter we were six or we are five, every time when we work together, we are always very efficient, we can easy to set a team goal, then, built a structure, outline and the time line, and separate the assignment to each person.

For we come from different part of the word, and have different education background, sometimes, when we have different idea in the problem or the task, we always make everyone to illustrate their point, and to get the agreement objective, which means everyone are very brave to acknowledge the mistake, members never blame on each other, in this good environment, we can keep our harmony and efficient.

We are much planned. When a new mission is coming, we always get a clear schedule, and everyone follows the schedule strictly. We also understand each other very well and to be polite, in case someone has something emergency or important to do, others will take his/her responsibility and finish the work on time.

The reason for we can built such a awesome team is that I think everyone has a good attitude and mature enough to know what we should to, and our success is based on the team’s performance, so after we get the point, we are on the road to succeed.

In my opinion, in Hult, a big international family, full with different culture from near 100 countries, the most important thing to a successful team is to respect each other and their culture enough. And keep a good attitude is also important, there is a proverb “Attitude is everything”.
