In the changing world, the world market is fair for every company to compete with each others. The flexibility in the organization management is one of most vital parts in Organizations. There are a lot of kinds of organization managements but to utilize them to have the most effect in business is a tough mission. So depend on the scale of companies, strategy, and business environment, the leaders should give the right direction for the organization. There are two main kind of organization in the new business era, they are Mechanistic and Organic. We could use Samsung case to illustrate the types and pro and con of them in management the other organizations. Briefly, organic organization type is flexible management which is fit for unstable economy, while mechanistic one is specialized, and centralized management which could exploit most of capacity of organization. About the Samsung company situation, this is the one of the top Companies in Korea and global as well. Having Head quarter based in Korea where the government famous of lobby activities, and a lot of its branches in all over the world, Samsung have a various business culture.
