The results above show a person who is somewhat conventional when involving new experiences. The results show a down to earth person with narrow interests. The results show a person who is well-organized, and can be relied upon and a person who is extremely outgoing, social and energetic. The results show a person who tends to consider the feelings of others before considering their own feelings. The results show a good natured person who is sympathetic, forgiving, and courteous. The results show a person who tends to be high-strung, insecure, and worries a lot.

The assessment “A Twenty-First-Century Manager” results were a score of 9. The results demonstrate a good starting point as to where and how to further pursue the development of managerial skills and competencies. The assessments “TT Style” were a score of 29 for Transformational Leader and a score of 21 for Transactional Leader.
