It is 9:00 am on Monday morning March 28, 2011 and I am going to start my interview with Dave Hampton from Booz Allen Hamilton. He works as an international supervisor for our offshore operations. I have eight questions that I will ask Dave Hampton regarding his international managerial experiences:

1) What circumstances led to you are assuming a position with international responsibilities?

The situations, which brought me to assuming a job with global duties was the task to become a worldwide supervisor for my company. I have 15 years of stateside administration in the United States of America and considered that a change of location would be ideal for my job by knowing the international areas of administration.

2) What are the major challenges in the international part of your job?

The main difficulties I encounter in the global part of my work are the language hurdle and translation. I speak Spanish language however am not regarded as bilingual and frequently am confused without my translator by my side when it relates to agreements and discussions written in Spanish.

3) How would you describe the international strategy of your company?

I would explain the global technique of our organization by way of our strategic business objectives and goals with customer service, exceptional expertise, corporate duty, financial success and our history.

4) How important is international work to advance in your company?

Global work is extremely important in our organization for growth. Being a consulting company, we wish to offer outcomes that endure for our customers. Globalization and marketing is here now to remain and we wish to offer a global culture of cooperation among all trading partners.

5) How do you deal with and prepare for cultural differences?
