Comfortable Topics

For this week, the topic that I was really comfortable with would be the gene one scenario and the various challenges within the case study such as leadership elements. Well after reading the gene one scenario, I found that there were a couple of leadership elements in the different positions within gene one but the most noticeable leadership element would be resistance to change (Robbins, & Judge, 2011). The gene one scenario described a meeting between Don Ruiz, C.E.O of gene one, and members of the senior leadership team.
