I disagree of the Human Resources Management is luxury that only large organization can afford.

Staff is a key component of any business. Successful human resources management is very important to the business, even very small businesses. After all, in a service economy, employees are part of the delivery of products and services. Their performance, commitment and loyalty is critical work, through the successful management of human resources can improve.

Training and Development

There are many advantages of human resources management in a small company.

One of the most important functions of HRM in the company is development and training of staff. Their responsibilities include providing staff with right knowledge/skills for them perform in their current roles of the company. In addition, they can provide some cross training for staffs cover more than one job function or new task.

Performance management

In order to accomplish success, development, and vitality, a business will need employees to productivity and will work to help the organization succeed. Able to incorporating to keep a good atmosphere at their workplace.

Recruitment

It is one of the important parts of an organization. The human resources department always set up and planning for engaging the best employee. Always putting the right people on the right job in the company. If you have the wrong person at work, there is no management system, well known that no one can save you. Especially in small company, opportunities are limited, limited markets, limited resources.

Usually small company owner have to managing remuneration, employee records and personnel policies by themselves. For this part human resources management are also included.
