Should Female Guards Males in Prison?

Thesis statement:

Women guards are not physically or mentally equipped to work in male facilities. Potential sexual assault is too high for women in male facilities.

Women in Male Prisons

My thesis was correct! This article was about an inmate in North West of England. He wrote an article about female inmates working in male facilities. Mr. Craig Topping also stated that the female guard was vulnerable to the inmates inside the prison. Mr. Topping also stated that the facilities in England hire young women as young as the age of eighteen and a half years-old. At the age of eighteen what could you possible know about watching over grown men’s!! An eighteen years old is still a child their self.

Exactly what kind of life experience could an eighteen year old have? How mature can an eighteen year old be when dealing with a prisoner in a stressful situation on a daily basis? Mr. Topping also talks about a female officer smuggling drugs and mobile phones in the prison for a prisoner. That’s just one of the examples that prove my thesis to be true. Female guards are so gullible for the male inmates!

Female guards should not be able to work in male facilities also because of the size and weight concern. Males are stronger and bigger then women. There is no way that a female guard can dominate a male prisoner. The reason why these male facilities hire these female guards is because of the antidiscrimination laws. This law removes height and weight restriction.
