Iconic Innovations is preparing to launch a new product under its sports and leisure product line and has completed the initial market research to evaluate the potential sales opportunity in the United States. If successful, Iconic Innovations is prepared to launch its new product in the Asian and European markets. As part of the preliminary research, Iconic Innovations identified the market and target segments for its new product and completed a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats analysis to evaluate corporate fit as it relates to the opportunity identified during the target segment analysis. In addition, Iconic Innovations created and effectively communicated its position statement for the new product launch.
