•Guy Montag understand his role in the society to burn books.

Explain whether the conflict is internal or external.

•Fahrenheit 451 is both internal and external conflict because it external in the way that it affects society but the way it affects society is also affecting Guy Montag. This internal conflicts helps him to make his decisions in the end of leaving and finding the other men who memorized other works. Because he made that decision it can be more of an internal conflict causing him to question himself and question society and the way they view the books and the reason for why they are burned.
