Identification of security risk in a system:

Planning for security is imperative in any development scenario. It is important to clearly document the security features and requirements in your project plan. We need to fulfill the document requirements that are unique to the specific situation like we want specific data of every student. That data contains specific file names because name n grades maybe similar due to any situation in different circumstances. Data can be taken in a way that security risk process can be performing easily.

Designing system addressed to security risk:

We have to design a system in a way that an id should be given to every student that are working on the yearbook or participating in it for any reason related to the project. The student then insert the id in the submit box given on the product version they are using it will give them the password and every password should be specific for specific student. We have to design a secure system in a way that no one can detect the upcoming passwords.

Risks addressed by encryption:

A flaw in a system can risk its processing in a way customers want. Data lost due to disasters such as a flood or fire is crushing, but losing it to hackers or a malware infection can have much greater consequences. Thorough data security begins with an overall strategy and risk assessment. This will enable you to identify the risks you are faced with and what could happen if valuable data is lost through theft, malware infection or a system crash. Other potential threats you want to identify include the following:

Physical threats such as a fire, power outage, theft or malicious damage.

Human error such as the mistaken processing of information, un intended disposal of data or input errors.

You can then identify areas of vulnerability...
