McBride Financial Services “Your One-Stop Mortgage Provider”. (McBride Financial Services) Part of our mission here at McBride Financial Services is to be a provider of low cost mortgage services. All employees at McBride are licensed professionals that are honest, caring, and thorough with all one on one clientele needs. Equipment used is all top of the line technology. All policies are followed within the laws and regulations set forth by McBride Financial.

Our customers will receive the most efficient and effective processing of mortgage applications from inception to closing. (McBride Financial Services)

Code of Ethics for McBride Financial Services:

1. Upholding high moral principles while keeping ethical behavior.

2. Following the chain of command (management and or human resources) when an ethical issue does arise.

3. All code of ethics, policies, and laws and regulation violations of any kind need to be reported immediately.

4. All laws and regulations need to be respected by all employees.

5. Discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated.

6. All working areas will be clean and professional for clientele and for staff.

7. All confidential clientele information will remain just that, confidential. Any use that jeopardizes that confidentiality will not be tolerated by the company at any time.

8. McBride Financial will keep the standards set high, keep all business transactions professional and always strive to reach higher.

9. I will keep appropriate records including all client communications.

10. By being an honest and responsible company both the clientele and McBride Financial come out ahead in the long run.

11. If I don’t know an answer I will find it in a timely manner.
