The communication skill is used by virtually all people every day. However, the level of this skill varies for every person. The people, who have mastered this skill, definitely have an upper hand over society. The communication skill level can determine how successful a person will be in their personal relationships with friends, love ones and children. Mastering this skill is also very crucial in the working world. Being able to communicate well also helps us express our feelings and build trust with others.

Most great people have mastered the skill of communication. Martin Luther King Jr. was a great leader because of his high level communication skills. His speeches motivated many people to step up and change society. His communication skills helped start an up rise against racism. His words changed the way people think about humanity. Martin Luther King Jr. is just one of many people how have shown us the power of communication.

When a person applies for a job, they have to be able to communicate well to insure their employer they are qualified. In most corporate jobs people need to have good communication skills to satisfy their customers. To make sure the company is successful the employees must be able to communicate successfully to insure efficiency. Most companies have meetings with all employees to communicate and resolve issues.

Communication is the key to every relationship in our life. In our personal lives we use communication with the person we love. A wise person once said, “Looks just attract, but communication captures the heart.” Most marriages are successful because the couple is communicating to insure their both on the same level.
