Non-Traditional Student Determination

The greatest challenge of having to face as a non-traditional student is the feeling of guilt. The initial reason for going to school to further one's education soon gets lost in the sad faces when there is no time for playing. Then there is resentment in the other partner's tons when an explanation involving the reason there can be no getaway this year because of how important being in class is instead. Soon, one finds them self wonderingly if this will all be worth the costs of heartache and disappointment along the way. The non-traditional student is left with little sleep and more than just a heavy load of homework on their shoulders. 

Initially, the plan was, go to school, take a couple of classes and still work two jobs. Well, that certainly did not a lot of brains to figure it one continues that route a degree may just be a novice idea. Perhaps, too, the general consensus thought the student would give up long before it really became a nuisance to others. However, when this was far from the case and an approach on going full-time was spoken, all parties agreed that they would buckle down and support the idea. Little did I knkw how much grief this would cause me and my family. 

Most college graduates could probably agree going to school full-time is more than enough, and add a little part-time job to the mix and you got yourself one busy college student with little time left for extracurricular activities. Moreover, add a person with a mortgage who works a full forty hours and is a chronic care patient who has been on chemotherapy for 1 1/2 and also sees 2 chronic specialists each month to manage her 2 non-curable diseases. Lastly, do not forget that this student is an honor
