Organization Structure: Nyonya In The House

The entry strategies that our company will choose is wholly owned subsidiary and ownership structures is initial division structure. The reason that we will choose initial division structure is because we are considered as a small firm in Malaysia and this is a new investment in foreign country. Many of the new investor by setting up a subsidiary or by exporting locally produced goods or services to entry into foreign market and we are totally same with them.

After the discussion, we have decided to export some expertise to Hong Kong. These are including management consulting, and senior chef. We will send a least two senior chefs and one management consulting to overseas for training the new worker to operate in foreign market. Since we operate at foreign country, we will also hire one local consultant to guide us in operating to avoid any legal problem.

For the quality control department, it implements quality control programs to guarantee products are consistent with standards. Reliability of products and services fully depends on the level of quality control of a company. Other than that, human resource department have to focus more human resource activities of the company. The manager is in control of employee’s recruitment, employees’ compensation, and personnel policies and so on. Besides, this manager is also the head of customer service.
