Abstract

SSJ Property Management is a Real Estate and Property Management company that aims to retain and acquire rental properties for long and short term rental customers. SSJ Property Management Information System (SSJ PMIS) is a department within SSJ Property Management. Winter birds are tourists that visit a warmer climate in the Caribbean during the winter months and are usually older retired couples or business owners that are established in their respective fields. The United States Virgin Islands (USVI) is a territory of the United States located in the Caribbean. Hovensa LLC is and is the fourth largest refinery in the western hemisphere.

SSJ Property Management Strategic Plan

SSJ Property Management Information System is a department within SSJ Property Management. SSJ Property Management caters to vacationers and long-term rental clients within the US Virgin Islands. I would enjoy developing a strategic plan to assist SSJ Property Management Information System in creating a communication base that will give the management staff the tools needed to reach its customers and maintain their rental property occupancy rate at ninety percent capacity. The driving force within the rental industry for which businesses are competing for is the winter birds that visit between the end of October to early April and the local residents that is looking for a long-term housing alternative due to affordability of home ownership.

The SSJ PMIS has defined itself as the strategic arm of SSJ Property Management with is deployment of its IT assets to market and retain its customers while at the same time soliciting property owners to manage their properties for them with showcasing the success of SSJ Property Management customer response from surveys.
