There has been a significant increase in the number and type of people using the internet, especially since 2009 (Esco, 2011). Not only that, but people seem to be more dependent on the internet. For example, in 2008, there are statistics of an American citizen shown that 63 percent of them use BlackBerry to send a message from the bathroom, and 37 percent of them usually use notebook with mobile system in the bedroom (Perelman, 2008). Another example, in terms of business, it seems that since the internet makes our world borderless, not surprisingly that thousands of business want to jump in a cyberspace to expand their markets. As a result, it is generally believed that the use of the internet has become an important factor to business world and everyone’s life. However, with the growth of an online business, there has been a rise in worries about the secure information especially the way it is transmitted over the internet and being stored (Forcht and Fore, 1995).

Business transactions are the interaction between businesses and customers. In other words, the transactions occur when the businesses sell their products to the customers and the customers pay for them. But the transactions over the internet are more complex. Moreover, while doing business on the Internet can expand their markets internationally, it could be more complicated to develop business relationships continuously because of lacking real face-to-face communication between sellers and buyers.
