Body language in HR management

Introduction

Like a subject matter of this project I have chosen nonverbal communication, especially daily behavior such as body language. Last two and half years I am studying Business School in Karvina and in future I would like to specialize in field of Human Resources Management because I believe that company like a society is not about numbers but about people and costumers will be satisfied if and only if employees will be satisfied. That is the reason why good HR manager must know employees and give them good direction to develop them self. Not just subordinates but also other managers, because it is usually up to him to find suitable candidate even for another management position throw interview etc.

Non verbal communication (NVC)

Nonverbal communication is a part of virtually every human endeavor. It is used to convey power, love, establish rapport, and even regulate the flow of communication. Although nonverbal commutation has been studied for more than 125 years, we are still quite limited in our ability to apply the research to important real world.

Language is not the only source of communication. Words by other people usually tell you what other people want to say, while body usually tells, what they really feel and think. They express for example emotions, thoughts and how they think. In brief, body language is a part of non-verbal communication. NVC is process of communication through sending and receiving wordless messages which are sending by objects such as appearance or by speech which also contains nonverbal elements know as paralanguage it is e.g. speaking style or intonation. What is important NVC communication could be conscious and also unconscious. I personally paying more attention to unconsciously communication because it is something what is difficult to hide.
