The assignment has three parts:
(1) A concise statement and explanation of which strategic issue or issues (minimum 1,
maximum 3) the team decided to focus on. An explanation should be given (2 or 3 pages) of
why a strategic issue was selected, how it was selected, and at what point in the company's
recent history. The issue can be current and represent a dilemma the firm is facing today, or
it can be retrospective, that is, at an earlier point, which should be identified and the timing
briefly explained). A strategic issue should involve at least two options; each should be
briefly discussed.
(2) First draft of the team's power point...
