As we review Disney World, n it has changed in the years. We have seen them grown to an amazing park. Where kids enjoy their childhood and adults become kids again. Disney land has revolved in many ways. It has become an animation and entertainment park. Disney truly has impressed many people. Many businesses may look at Disney as role models. In our paper, we review how their investment in Pixar and Marvel has made them a bigger name. As well as how this investment has made them a better entertainment park. We also talk about their short-term and long term plans as well. We review how their ethics and compliance has become better as years pass. How they work with their employees, and resolve any issues that arouse.

Disney has proven to be one of the top organizations that provide adequate entertainment from theme parks to media both on television and the big screen through animation. As stated in the 2011 fiscal year report “Animation is the heart and soul of Disney.” Choosing to invest in Pixar and Marvel, both of which are worldwide household names has been one of the ways Disney has taken on a new business initiative. With the prior investment in Pixar six years ago it has brought Disney to a new and bigger level, which has advanced the animation that Disney has produced.

Through this new investment of Marvel and the numerous ways that this can expand and become bigger, Disney plans to capitalize its animation magic through already existing characters such as Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America to name a few.
