I recently had thee opportunity to attend a homeowner association meeting with in my community. The community in which the meeting was held is a small community however the home owners, renters and investors take pride the community and see that every one residing within the community is satisfied with the cosmetics and commodities offered along with all things that may affect one living in that particular community. The meeting was held in the community recreational room. The room atmosphere was friendly and inviting. There were snacks offered along with coffee, tea, water, or soft drinks, which were set up upon a long table that sat in the back of the room. There are five committee members that over see the meeting. These members are seated at a long cafeteria table situated in the center of the room. Located in front of the committee table are the chairs for the members set up to leave an aisle between the sections of seats. As the members arrive individuals head over to the social table or the snack table to meet and greet old and new members of the association. Additional the attendees take this time to become affiliated with the committee members and what areas they specialize in to offer the best help and results. A bell, which is located on the committee table, is rang which symbolizing for everyone to take their seats so that the meeting may start.

The meeting is opened with announcements and introduction too new renters and homeowners who have relocated to the community and are in attendance. All the changes made to the community and anything new is discussed and announced. The first half of the meeting was dedicated to the most important issues of the community or the issues that are having the most effect on neighbors.
