1. Creating a new position between the CEO and the location managers would help the business to grow tremendously. The reason why Dalman and Lei have second thoughts about the expansion is because they are the ones taking care of all the managerial issues in each location. That by itself would be very time consuming and that is why they need someone else between the CEO and the managers. The CEO already has a big load on his back with being president of the company, that he doesn’t need smaller issues like problems with employees. If the CEO has someone below him not just the CFO then he would delegate jobs for them to handle all the unit issues with the managers.

2. Promoting an existing manager to a higher position is a good idea. Because that manager already knows how to run the business and Dalman and Lei already have confidence in him/her. If they hire that manager, when they hire a new manager to take that managers job, they can rest assured that the turnover would be done correctly. Also it can be an incentive to work even harder for all the employees with great advancement opportunities.

3. The ultimate person that should make this decision is both Dalman and Lei but ultimately Dalman because Lei takes mostly to financials not operations. Or another good idea is for them to promote the job to their crew and see who would be interested in it and have them be evaluated to see if they can do it.

4. The new levels of authority that Sandwich Blitz would have if a new position was created are, upper level management which include the CEO/CFO, Middle level management which include the Accountant, Personnel Manager, Lower level management which include the Unit managers, Team Supervisors, employees.
