Dear Mr. Hill:
We are submitting the report you requested on implementing a formal dress code. Our report contains our recommendations for the official dress code policy and why it is necessary and beneficial for our office.
The report will show how a dress code policy will create a sense of discipline among the employees and promote high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, professionalism, and safety in the work place. Appropriate dress, along with basic etiquette, is one of the most common associations made to professionalism. The report will also give our recommendations on what exactly the dress code policy should cover and it will give examples of what and what not to wear.
It has been a privilege to prepare this report for you. We hope you find this information useful in implementing our new dress code policy. If you have any questions or would like to discuss it further please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Justin B. Harris
