Management is a vital benefit to the corporate world today to conduct and improve business meeting the needs of the customers. Total quality management implemented to achieve the outcome of the vision within the company. Quality management can be effective to increase revenue by meeting the needs of the customers’ desires. An example of quality management compares and contrast effects quality management between American Eagle a subsidiary of American Eagle Airlines that operates domestically and Delta Airlines operates both domestic and globally. The differentiation strategy consists of adding value to the organization by what the customer’s desire. This strategic plan relates to quality by focusing on the needs and opinions of the customers enabling them to feel like they will get more value for their money and time.

American Airlines places in fourth place out of the top ten airlines which focuses on customer satisfaction providing 3,400 daily flights and in sixth place in safety. The airline founded in 1930 initially as American Airways that had only a few flights, now has become an empire in the airline industry with an increase of repetitive customers. American Eagle Airline is the largest regional airline with over 1700 daily flights throughout cities in the United States, Canada, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and Mexico.
