DIVISION – LED TRAINING-WORKSHOP OF SCHOOL HEADS ON DEVELOPING ACTION RESEARCH, ICT AND ENHANCEMENT OF CLASSROOM SUPERVISION
|I. Background Rationale | Division – in- Service Training is one of the many interventions that is conducted by the |
| |division to improve school heads skills and enhance their knowledge in the different areas of |
| |school management. |

| |Based from the consolidated results of TDNASH AND IPPD FOR School Heads, it was realized |
| |that school heads still need this training/ workshop. |
| |For this reason the division proposed and designed a Division- Led Training/Workshop which will|
| |address the need of the School Heads on developing an action research, improved skills on |
| |ICT hands on, enhance the supervisory skills in classroom observation. |
|II. Program Description | This training-workshop will be Division –Based to be conducted on May 15-17, 2013 to be |
| |held at the Division office, conference hall. This training will be attended by 17 secondary |
