It is time for the next step in the Hoosier Burger project. At this point, it is time to determine the requirements of the system. The best way to accomplish this is to interview employees, perform a customer satisfaction survey, and observe. This will allow me to get a much better idea of what the customer actually needs and where the operating system changes will benefit the company the most.

In creating a customer satisfaction questionnaire, I don’t want to get everyone’s long-winded responses to a list of open-ended questions. The customer satisfaction survey would include the following questions:.

0-1 2-4 5-9 10 or more

2. How satisfied are you with the amount of time it takes for you to receive your order after you place it?

Very satisfied Somewhat satisfied Neutral Not very satisfied Very unsatisfied

3. How easy is the order taking process, in your opinion?

Very easy Somewhat easy Neutral Somewhat uneasy Very uneasy

Quality of food Quality of Service Cleanliness Price of food Food prep time

5. Are there any improvements that could be made that would increase your levels of satisfaction?

2. How do you let the kitchen know about orders and special requests?

3. What is the most frustrating part of order-taking which you feel could be solved by computerizing the system?

4. What ideas do you have that could...
