Corporate Compliance Plan

 

Riordan Manufacturing, Inc. is an industry operating in the field of plastic, which result in processing polymers into high tensile strength plastic substrates. The plastic in not a biodegradable good. That needs to be kept in mind to address environmental issue.

Riordan create innovative plastic designs that have earned international acclaim. The goods produced by the company are components of several industries such as:

•         Automotive parts manufacturers,

•         aircraft manufacturers,

•         beverage makers and bottlers,

•         appliance manufacturers

•         medicine with CardiCare Valve Proof-of-Concept

 

The above industries’ cited use plastic which can have liability in car and aircraft accident. Bottles made for beverage can be polluted by some chemical elements.

Riordan is involved in a very large industries by providing plastic used in all industries. It requires from the company to assure that all regulations or must important legal issues are addressed and that the company comply with all of them.

The company liability is required for the goods produced and the company’s officers and directors.

Design a corporate compliance plan is providing means to avoid business crimes, which are often “committed because the companies apply pressure to managers and employees to produce results.
