The following is a list of five international organizations that have been noted for their best practices in world economy and I have found impressive while studying at XX University. I will format a review of each organization the SWOT analysis matrix. (Humphrey) After analyzing each of them in their internal strengths and weaknesses and environmental opportunities and threats, I am going to attempt to describe the similarities and major differences of these five multinational companies. Finally, I would like to state how I would implement some of their “best practices” into my organization.

The Boeing Company

Boeing is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, sales, and support of commercial jetliners, satellites, military aircraft, human space flight and missile defense. The company generates significant revenues from defense systems and commercial airlines. The company employees 171,700 as of 2012. Its home office is in Seattle, Washington with international subdivisions in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. (The Boeing Company)
