Explain each of Dacher’s three levels of the subtle mind (witnessing, calm-abiding, unity consciousness) (p.72). How can you utilize these concepts in your personal life?

For what Dacher’s was saying in “The Witnessing Mind” I think what he is saying is that sometimes we don’t think before we speak and react and this could lead to some issues in later on in life, but by practicing and work hard on thinking rather than speaking and reacting.

With “Calm-Abiding” What Dacher’s is saying here is that we need to learn how to relieve the stress that we have in our selves, By doing so we can do Yoga, Pilates for working on strengthening our mind and body and at the same time relieving stress.

Then finally Dacher’s is explaining about the “Unity Consciousness” which is meaning that by settling into yourself as in deep thoughts sitting in a quite area or a place where you can wind down and go into deep thoughts and really listen to your mind and body for what it is telling you, you can have nervousness, stress, or anger that your body is having and by like walking by a river, or ocean, walking in wilderness, whatever it is that makes you go into deep thinking and really listen to yourself then this is a point where you can correct for what is needing to be done.

I can use these steps into my life by as my thing is setting off to the exercise center as an anxiety reliever and resentment easing. Something else that I do to fuse as in thinking before talking when I am distant from everyone else I truly think a considerable measure and after that take on talking, everybody talk before thinking on more than one occasion in their existence potentially more, yet that is the place the practice come into part from averting this.
