Currently the Riordan Mfg. human resource system is no longer effective for the company, Sage Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is an HR system that will be an excellent replacement for Riordan Manufacturing’s current HR system. Sage HRMS is an all in one human resource system that integrates several human resource functions in to one system. Designing and developing any type of system requires large amounts of time and attention to make sure that the system is built and will operate efficiently for the company. By looking at the applications architecture and process design will show how the system will operate for the business. With any system a series of security controls need to be developed and integrated in the system to make sure that there isn’t unauthorized access to the system.

The Sage HRMS is an all in one HR system that will actively support company objectives while improving human resources efficiency. Sage HRMS will streamline the business HR processes and will allow the business to closely monitor personal records and personnel actions. Sage HRMS will also allow a user or users to monitor HR compliance, track employee absence, benefits administration, and data import/export. What runs Sage HRMS is an extremely powerful and centralized human resources database, it is your single point of information on all present and past employees. New employee hiring and job posting is done through an ease of use interface that will store all the information on the database that can be accessed by HR personnel and higher level management.

Sage HRMS will allow the business leaders to accurately receive dynamic information about employee performance though a variety of different devices and formats.
