Q 2) How would you describe yourself as a leader? Ans:-At present, I am working as Dy CMM/SECR & joined on New place of posting just 3 month before. At the time of Joining, the situation of my office was described below:-

Employee Work area is dirty & employee is sitting in haphazard manner. Work area is very congested due to place occupied by cooler & unutilized table. Senior Staff was feeling discomfort with junior staff even if not sitting with them. Senior staff is not teaching the junior to learn thing on fear of losing importance on them.
