Club IT part one

While establishing a new business, the company appears to go through stages to build up various areas of the business; this can be both beneficial and cost-effective. Club IT desires to overhaul information technology resources to create a more adept customer and employee friendly workplace. The owners Ruben and Lisa have included the following types of music “Hip-hop, Techno, Electronica, MP3 and live music the right sound at the right volume” (Club IT, n.d.). The following are also available for customers comport and pleasure a dance space, food and drink that go well with diverse lifestyles. Lisa and Ruben have discovered the information management department is lacking and needs an overhaul (Club IT, n.d.).

The mission for club IT is to create a more adept place for employees and customers with hip, techno, MP3 and live music the clientele ages appear leaning toward individuals between the years of 21 to 40. The business the owners have the hopes of attracting customers through word of mouth and regular clientele. With the information technological changes both Lisa and Ruben hope to make club IT become more customer friendly by applying the customer-orientation strategy and Innovation Strategy.

“The innovation strategy Introduce new products and services, add new features to existing products and services, or develop new ways to produce them” (Rainer & Turban, 2008, p. 40). Through the addition of an updated cash register both user-friendly and computerized would benefit all aspects of the company. Inventory and supply ordering completed faster, increasing company productivity and giving the knowledge of which menu items are selling and which ones are setting dormant.
