1. In the macro environment there are many factors from the economy, technology, legal and regulations, demographics, social issues, and natural ecology. Right now, a lot is affecting the macro environment of the company, firstly the regulations of the business that need to be updated along with the risk of a hurricane affecting their macro environment. On the other side looking at the competitive environment there is the risk of the potential for a new competitor whom will offer more to the new condominium renters who have a taste for different attractions that Wild Water does not offer. With this competition, this will leave the locals with other options to choose other than Wild Water.

2. Currently Wild Waters is a small family run business who wants to be a place where families go century after century, however with the environment outside Wild Waters changing, it creates the idea that Wild Waters should follow suit. With the organizations’ culture bing a “family” it doesn’t allow itself to compete with the large companies who have funds to offer everything a consumer could want.

3. I would suggest to Wild Waters to make the changes necessary to bring it up to code. It is very important to be up to code for safety and liability reasons. It is also important that Wild Waters listens to their loyal consumers wants and needs as they are the ones who will keep the company running. It is important to keep them satisfied as they are more apt to tell their friends and family about Wild Waters in the future. With the new company being opened it is important that they work on their marketing tactics to attract new consumers as well as to offer deals to bring them in. I suggest that they keep their prices the same low price that they are to keep their low price name. Finally I do believe that Wild Waters should look at their staffing and make sure that they are not overstaffed or understaffed. With being understaffed or overstaffed it could be affecting...
