Our client’s safety is the most important thing to “Lasting Impression”. We have set programs to help problems clients. We understand some clients have a hard time dealing with new environments, new people, and supervision so they break the rules. If the client proceeds to become a problem the first step they have to go through is counseling for a week. The purpose of counseling is for the client to express their problem that they are having. They will also loose phone time. If the client refuses to do counseling, or continue to be a problem we move to step two.

Step two is a warning to the client. We warn them they are closer to been terminated from the program. They must complete counseling two times a day and extra hours of community services. If they fail to complete the given task and are still a problem client the final warning is administrated. Which then we will contact their parole officer letting them know that we have experienced numerous of problems with them gave warning and they have fail to perform the proper task and if we experience another problem they will be terminated from the program. They will have to go to counseling two times a day, community service and a extra week has been added to their stay. If the client is still a problem they will be terminated from the program for good and will not be let back in.

From there we will notify the judge that the client was kicked out the program and contact their parole officer. We will send paper work of each account that the client act out, the session with the counselor, the paper work for community service perform. If the client successfully completes a step they will decrease. So if a client was at warning one and he or she completed all the tasks in warning one the client will move from warning one to counseling. The client can be problem client by many...
