Make time for me to have relaxation. Talk about the ups and down about my day.
Help others in need to create a sense of fulfillment of care.
Mental/Emotional trust, self-esteem, acceptance, talkative in emotional sense stable.
Have respect and trust for my peers. Take on challenges, take risks, and recognize conflicts could possibly be a learning experience. Be more responsible for my actions.
Social great relationships, supportive, well known, the ability to make friends, and create communication.
Contribute more to the community. Be more friendly tto my neighbors. Don’t create conflicts in an outstanding manner. Make sure I enjoy time with others
Physical avoid bad habits, checkups, precaution to illness, and practicing safe sex.
Create a better sleep schedule. Make a work routine that I can add to. Know important health number like blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight.
Environmental buying biodegradables, clean house, gas saving car, and reducing the of waste.
Know the Earth’s natural resources and their limits. Make more good long-term environmental boosting choices. Recycle more.
Intellectual humor, opened to learning experiences, motivation habits, and creativity.
Gain knowledge in other cultures. Be more accepting to new ideas. Look for lifelong opportunities.
Be more open to learning new skills.
