Introduction

Effective communication is important in the organizations especially between superiors and subordinated as it is essential for success and growth of an organization. Since I joined Rural Area Electricity Company I noticed there was a gap between management and employees. For example, Health, Safety and environment department new employee was not told about his daily task and at the end of the month his manager called him to evaluate his performance. The manager and the employee got into a fight as each one of them was blaming each other .Being in communication department I thought of utilizing my department to send an awareness and information to all employees as part of transparency and improving communication method in the company.
