Had You Ever Noticed the Dust Cover of Mixer?

As a matter of fact, there are many things that we should pay attention to the dust cover of mixer. And what we should notice to the dust cover of mixer is in the following:

(1). Dust cover or wear ring should be in its wear out replaced immediately when 8 ~ 10 mm;

(2), dust cover and wear ring gap adjustment is 0.5 ~ 1.5 mm, dust cover and wear ring end face flush;

(3). The spline set of M20 bolts tightening torque 520 n. m.Control the spline set of clearance 4.8 + / - 0.1 mm;

(4). A baffle and bearing seat bench height difference is less than 0.1-0.35 mm;

(5). The sealing ring, the floating sealing ring, o-ring and floating ring as shown in the pictures;

(6). In the shaft end sealing grease, locating ring and shaft sleeve with accurate, uniform surrounding the locating ring and cylinder clearance, ensure oil clearance in 1.5 mm, oil clean.

(7). Use the torque wrench tool such as tear open outfit, using vernier caliper testing;

(8). After the installation, manual and electric lubricating grease injection, check whether the oil is unobstructed.
