Profile of our customers: (classmates)

* Demographics

* Age: between 18-23 years old

* Gender: 6 male and 20 female classmates

* Job: For most of us the University equals the job

* Income: Majority dependent on income of their parents, few people with own income

* Social Class: Upper Middle Class

* Place of residence: In our class we have more people who don`t live in the city center of Barcelona than those who actually do -> high distance from student to student

* Psychographics

* their personality type: Students, outgoing persons, young but already responsible, like to take care of themselves, strong wish of independence

* preferences: spend a lot of time traveling/ doing sports or other activities, hang out with friends -> normally don`t want to stay at home all time long

* Behavior

* similar likes and dislikes: all like to do something (have fun with friends, see new places, get entertained) and consider it as something boring to stay at home

* sports/ hobbies: in our class we have people who play tennis/ basketball/ football/ golf etc. or who like to go surfing, swimming,..-> all in all very active persons

What is their problem or need?

Above all we concentrated on the fact that all of us go to University on a daily basis what means that everybody has to leave his or her home for at least 3 hours. Hours in which everybody of us faces the need to drink something with the preference of a nice cup of coffee as we can see every break. So why not use a product that is more economical (customers = students = no high spending power) and environment friendly that allows you to enjoy your taste without limits? Furthermore we/ our customers are asked to do assignments in group pretty frequently. Having in mind that therefore it is indispensable to meet somewhere and the fact that the majority of us doesn`t live close to each other we have the problem to find...
