Automated Scheduling System

Description: A scheduling system is usually a form of software that allows managers to construct schedules for their employees. It will often be subdivided into different departments with lists of employees working in those departments. The software will also tend to calculate or tally individuals' total hours projected over a scheduling cycle.

Background: ABE International College of Business and Accountancy Urdaneta Campus is now using Computerized Enrollment system. But the Campus is generating schedules manually. Automated Scheduling System is necessary solution of the problem.

Scope:

* The System can locate the student or Instructor according to the time and their room schedule.

* The System will not add conflict schedules (conflict free).

* The Admin can only provide students account so that they can view their schedule.

* Real-time Schedule Students and Instructor can view the On-going class and Next class.

* The Admin can add Events.

* Print Fix Schedules for 1st year college to 4th year college by department.

* Students and Instructors can print their own Schedule.

* View Schedules in Calendar Table.

* Calculate Instructor’s hours work.

* Accurate and well design System.

* Upon adding Fix Schedules units can be calculated so that if the units exceed 30 units the system will notify the Admin.

*Automatic Scheduling, upon clicking a button all added courses will be scheduled according to the units (Not sure).

* View the Real time Schedule in Smart Phones if the Sytem will be publish.
