INTRODUCTION

A SYSTEMS-APPROACH Σ(ƒ, ε)system ≠ Σ(ƒ, ε)sub-systems (productive, parasitical, counter-productive) Systems are comprised of two or more elements. System principles are not determined by size or complexity. Scalar is a system. Systems can be structured arbitrarily to consist of subsystems each within its own control volume and with specific boundary conditions Scientific methods of observing cause and effect determines algorithms and transfer functions. The choice of (increasing /decreasing) control volumes is the basis of analyses. Systems are configured according to hierarchy. Authority is seated in the higher level and priority in the lower level.
