EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Offering summer refreshments to the students of MSU-IIT

Limited selection of refreshments during summer in MSU-IIT had always been a problem among students. This problem was attested by our survey that out of 80 respondents, 67 of them doesn’t find the refreshments offered at the canteen satisfying or suitable for summer.

The problem actually arises every summer since some stalls in the institute don’t offer summer drinks at this season because they consider students at that time occasional. This unheeded opportunity led to insufficient selection of refreshments which is in fact very significant among students to cool their stuffiness.

Aside from few stalls offering summer refreshments to the students, the increasing hot climate of ours also contributed to the factor why students crave for refreshment. This inevitable phenomena makes students seek for something that would quench, appease, soothe, refresh and satisfy their wants and needs.

The observed problem was the catalyst of the existence of I Crave Incorporated who offers summer refreshments to the students of MSU-IIT. The company which equally owned and managed by its seven members has decided to build a business that surely can satisfy the need of our customers this summer.
