Introduction

Community psychology focuses on the improvement of people's lives and health. This is done in concideratioj of how people relate and live in the environments around them. While on the other hand public health focuses on intervantion through educatiin and medication ti change one's behaviour into living health. In this essay I will critically compare commubuty psychology and public health approaches to social problems. In this eaasay I will discribe tye two conceots, analyse community psychology and public health. I will also look at the simmilarities of yhe two approces and how they work together and fan sometimes ove lap each other. After all of this I am going to end with a concl7ssion that sumarises my findings

Social problems

Social problems are difficulties experienced by people I'm communities on a daily basis. Problems tat will be focused on in this essay are those of health issued, physical and mental wellness. For example healthy living and optimum living.

Community psychology

Community psychology is an intervantion that involves research and theories that are in place to help indivuals within groups and in environments or communities. Community psychology is tied up with mental health. It is aimed at improving the lives of people in how they develop and adapt to their constantly changing environments.
