Los Angeles, CA ­ Beacon Default Management, Inc. (http://www.beacondefault.com) announced today that  Tina Suihkonen has been appointed president. Previously, Tina has held executive positions over the last  nineteen years, most notably as the founder, president and COO of Assured Lender Services. Other key  positions were held at Old Republic Title and LandAmerica (Commonwealth Land Title/Lawyers Title). Tina joins Beacon Default Management to continue the Company's success. As the pendulum swings in the  commercial real estate industry (CRE) many major title insurance companies and independent trustee  companies have either closed or consolidated their default service divisions. In the wake of change, Beacon  continues to grow. The new default services environment has created a unique strategic opportunity for  Beacon to expand the Company's geographic footprint with additional executive level members. Beacon will  continue to lead the industry as "the reliable trustee company" as it grows to meet the expectations of our  clients.
